🔧 Main Components

1. Screw (Auger) – Bottom Left

• The long brown shaft with spiral threads is the screw.
• It has:
  • Helical flights for conveying material
  • A specialized tip (mixing or discharge end) in red/green
• The varying geometry along its length suggests:
  • Feed zone
  • Compression zone
  • Metering zone

2. Barrel – Top Right (Purple Cylinder)

• The hollow cylindrical part is the barrel, where the screw rotates.
• The cutaway section at the right end shows:
  • Internal bore
  • Wall thickness
• The flange (green) at the end is for mounting and alignment.

3. Feed Section (Top Opening)

• The rectangular opening on top of the barrel is the feed port.
• Raw material (like plastic granules) is fed into the system here.

4. Heater / Support Blocks (Yellow & Blue Parts)

• The colored blocks around the barrel represent:
  • Heater bands or insulation units
  • Support/mounting brackets
• These maintain the required temperature and hold the barrel in position.

5. Clamp / Bracket (Light Green)

• The U-shaped bracket supports and secures the barrel to the machine frame.

6. Flanges (Green Circular Plates)

• Located at both ends of the barrel.
• Used for:
  • Bolting to other machine components
  • Ensuring proper alignment
